Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

We do not yet ship internationally or to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, USVI, etc.).

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no thresholds, no math.

How Fast

USPS Ground Advantage transit time	2–5 business days
Total typical delivery	3–7 business days

Hawaii and Alaska may take 1–3 extra days. Deliveries during major holidays may run slower than usual.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also see tracking by logging into your account at My Account.

Lost or Stuck Packages

USPS Ground Advantage is reliable but not perfect. If your package hasn’t moved in 7+ business days, email us and we’ll either send a replacement or refund you.

Damaged Packages

If your tube arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a free replacement — no return required.

Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to either reship it (you cover the second shipping cost at our actual carrier rate) or refund the order minus a $5 restocking fee.

Carrier

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. We may switch carriers in the future if it improves speed or reliability.
