Directions: No water is needed. The coconut oil works best undiluted. Just apply CocoBright to your toothbrush and brush your teeth and gums gently, preferably for 2 minutes. Swish the coconut oil around your mouth as well. When done, you may swallow or spit in the sink. It will not hurt you or clog your drains.
