30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
What We Accept
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused tubes in their original condition.
Opened or partially used tubes cannot be returned for a refund, but if you’re unhappy with the product, please email us — we may be able to offer store credit or a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required — we’ll take your word for it.
How to Start a Return
- Email cocobrighttoothpaste@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the unused item(s) back to us. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What Isn’t Refundable
- Original shipping cost (we ship free, so this is moot — but if we ever charge for shipping, that portion is non-refundable)
- Gift cards (if and when we offer them)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order may have already been packed and we may not be able to stop the shipment. Once it ships, the standard return process applies.
